How to manage work flow in a multi verse work group

In an organization there are some points which will always be there: e.g. Work division, conflict, communication problem, perception etc. Whatever efforts you put to your work environment, these problems will always be there.

First thing about a task is getting together to complete it. This is called group forming. A group consists of two or more people and they take a task as a whole to distribute it in parts. The group contains members who are experts in all of the working areas of the task assigned. The whole task is divided into parts and respective group member is assigned. A chart is created and different time limits are set for the partial completion of the project. At designated proceedings, each group member gives an idea about his/ her logic so that other members would be able to move their part to collaborate the former one’s logic. If the partial goals weren’t set before a project is started then it would be difficult to manage the proceeding. Now the most important point here lies in the fact that each member would give his/ her best. So his/ her work would be best in his/ her eye. If any other member of the group shows finger to the former one’s job then there rises the conflict.Conflict can be within individuals or sub groups. The group lead or the team lead seeks the details of the source of the conflict and goes through it. The conflict is settled with some compromise from both parties otherwise a little inclined towards the logically more strong group. If you have to work in a group then you should have enough patience tolerate each other member.

Communication problem is what that comes as an obstacle for each corporate sector. If there is not the appropriate communication then there is misunderstanding and as a result conflict is again there. A group may have members of different regional origin and background. Problems regarding poor communication skills may be a source of conflict here.

Another thing is perception. This is also a part of communication. If you don’t have to guess or analyze something naturally within yourself or if you can’t even judge a situation to make temporary changes in your mood and behavior then your perception is quite weak. If someone is in deep negative stage then people are there who would say few words in such a manner that the victim would feel consoled. Same few words, said by the opposite kind of people would provoke the victim. The later type wouldn’t have an intention to provoke but they don’t know how to behave, in what type of situation.

A little bit of compromise in every type of situation is expected from each member of the group. It will help in bringing scope to the least skilled to cope up and learn which will ultimately reduce the work pressure and will maintain the work flow.
